The Company operates in the field of construction, investment and real-estate marketing.
Date of establishment:

The Company was established on October 2002, in the name of Arab Office for engineering and construction.
The company’s name has been changed on October 2008 to be Meras for development and real-estate projects management.
Company’s incorporator:
Eng. Hussein EL-Sayed Mohammed.
Beginning of Activity:
The company has started its activities in the field of construction since it was a sub-contractor for the leading construction companies in Egypt and the Arab World, including:
(Orascom construction industries, Hassan Alam sons, Industrial construction and Engineering co. (SIAC), CCIC Lebanese Company, Bsix Company).
During this period, the Company has endeavored to offer the best services in the field of final finishing operations and constructions.
Thanks to Allah, success has been achieved. Within six years, the company's works have been developed rapidly to be able eventually to undertake integrated works in the construction process.
Hence, this paved the way for creditability among the company and its clients. The Company has developed itself and introduced some services and investment opportunities to serve its clients. Accordingly, harmonious and consistent atmosphere has been created in the process of works, e.g. real-estate marketing, to impart a sort of integrity.
Thus, we can confirm that Meras is able to serve the client starting from the choice of the site, defining the investment opportunities to the stage of stability and finally completing the construction process and finishing.
